Koichi Yamashita

In the Project Finance Privatization Team at PricewaterhouseCoopers (now PwC Japan) and the Infrastructure Finance Department at Koei Research & Consulting (KRC), Koichi Yamashita has worked as a transaction advisor for many PPP and IPP projects over the past 25 years, mainly in Japan, Indonesia, and Southeast Asian countries. His sectoral experience spans a wide range, including renewable energy, transportation, water supply and sewerage, hospitals, housing, educational research facilities, government buildings, transportation payment systems, and TOD. He has extensive consulting experience with various clients, including Japanese government ministries and local governments, international aid agencies such as JICA and ADB, Indonesian Ministry of Finance and state-owned enterprises, as well as private companies advancing PPP and IPP project development. He holds Juris Doctor, MA in Development Economics, and a BA in Political Science.

Febri Trivitas has over 10 years of experience as a project development and financial analysis expert in infrastructure development and PPP projects. His advisory involvement includes multi-sectors such as transportation, renewable energy, land development, infrastructure database construction, hospitals, public housing, and government accommodation. In recent years, he has been extensively involved in numerous PPP transaction advisory tasks, particularly excelling in formulating key performance monitoring mechanisms based on Service Level Agreements. He has provided consulting services not only to public institutions such as Indonesian ministries and local governments, ADB, GIZ, and JICA but also to private companies advancing PPP and IPP project development. He holds a Master’s degree in Engineering.
